FEES
All fees are billed and payable monthly. For small projects, fees may be billed at the end of the project. Retainers may be required for services before commencement.
Hourly fees for all services are as follows:

Other staff services range from $75 to $150 per hour depending on service and staff person assigned. We are happy to discuss services, hourly fees, and payment arrangements with you.
RETAINERS
All PCAOB, CPA Firm, and Litigation Consulting services require a retainer. Generally an initial budget is established and a retainer is determined based on that initial budget. Often, clients will maintain a retainer balance to provide for quick consultations as needed. Retainers are not refundable, but can be utilized for additional services or other client matters.
All services are subject to engagement letters. Terms and timing are always flexible and clients and potential clients are urged to discuss services, logistics, timing, and fees with Michele Stanton.
